Los Angeles-Based Love Amour Launches Luxury Denim Collection: ABL Couture

Denim designer Alexandre Caugant understands jeans because he understands women. He doesn't update old designs. He scours the world for the best fabrics available or simply has them custom made, such as the wool denim found in the collection, and creates for the true fashionista. Most recently, Caugant developed the one of a kind embellished denim collection for Goa's Spring/Summer 04' line, which sold throughout the world, including Bendels and Neiman Marcus. The French born designer resides in Los Angeles.

Inspiration for the line is found in unique fabrics and the locations from which they come. Global travel, especially Eastern culture, inspire Caugant. Pink stitching, as well as pink and orange details are found throughout the line. No detail is overlooked- even the most critical denim enthusiast will be pleasantly surprised.

Industry Mogul, Maurice Amar, who pulled Caugant from Goa just over four months ago, founded Love Amour in 1994. The self taught, self made CEO and designer of Love Amour (also sold internationally as Amour by Love and M by Love), combined with ABL Couture, is expecting revenues exceeding $12 million for 2004.
